About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Tax Lead Partner with a robust background in real estate limited partnerships, C and S corporations, fiduciary, and high net worth individual tax. A current CPA license is required, while a JD or Master's degree in tax will be considered a strong advantage. The successful candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in individual, real estate partnership, corporate, and fiduciary taxation. Knowledge of California and multi-state tax regulations, along with experience using Lacerte and BNA tax software, is highly preferred. Responsibilities include reviewing and occasionally preparing complex tax returns. While generating and cultivating new business is not a requirement, it is a valued asset. Ideal applicants should have over 10 years of experience in taxation and a passion for supporting the entrepreneurial aspirations of others. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, strong writing skills, and effective leadership for training and mentoring staff. Candidate must be personable, resourceful, accurate, and efficient, with a proven track record in interpersonal communication.
