Job DescriptionAn employer in the San Diego area is looking for a Civil Engineering Project Manager - planning. The client supports residential land development. The PM needs to know CAD and know how to design. They will write contracts manage budget, manage clients, tend to meetings, and help to bring in/close business. This position entails Project Management for preparation of Tentative Maps and Site Plans, exhibits and Concept Land Plans from a desk using AutoCAD.
