Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist I to
provide support to individuals in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional member experience and facilitate enrollment in
the program
Assist current members in navigating the program and troubleshoot
barriers to engagement
Communicate with members through chat, email, and phone while
meeting productivity and satisfaction metrics
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in human services, communications, business, or
marketing preferred
2+ years of inside sales, healthcare, or customer service
experience in a metrics-driven environment
Exceptional presentation skills and experience in tracking personal
performance
Passionate about providing customer service and working with
diverse populations
